What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (free estimate, contact form, callback request), we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, email address, and details about your roof. Server logs record your IP address, browser user-agent, and the time of the request for security and rate-limiting.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure aggregate site usage. Analytics cookies are not loaded until you accept the cookie banner. Essential cookies (session, CSRF, language) are always present.
How we use it
- To respond to your estimate request or contact inquiry.
- To schedule and complete the work you've hired us for.
- To improve the site through aggregated, anonymous analytics.
- To prevent abuse (spam submissions, scraping, scripted attacks).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third-party marketers.
Who we share with
Form submissions are emailed to our internal team via Resend (https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy) and stored in our admin database. With your consent, anonymous usage data is sent to Google Analytics (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Bot-protection traffic is processed by Cloudflare (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/).
Your choices
- You can request a copy of the data we hold for you.
- You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
- You can revoke analytics consent in your browser's storage settings.
- California residents: rights under the CCPA — request, delete, opt-out — apply.

Security
Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored on servers protected by industry-standard access controls. We retain lead data for as long as needed to service the relationship, after which it is deleted on a regular schedule.
