Project Details

We removed two layers of the existing roof and installed metal nosing around the perimeter. All dry rot was repaired, followed by the installation of synthetic underlayment and an ice and water shield in the valley. We added ventilation vents and new pipe flashing, finishing with Owens Corning Cool Roof Duration composition shingles for optimal performance.
