Project Details

In this project, we addressed extensive dry rot by removing all damaged roofing materials. We installed a quarter-inch dens deck on the flat roof, followed by TPO single-ply roofing for waterproofing. To enhance durability, we added 2″ x 4″ TPO-coated metal around the perimeter and installed extra ventilation for improved airflow. The project was completed with Owens Corning Duration Cool Roof composition shingles, topped with ridge caps for a finished look.
