Project Details

This project involved a complete roofing overhaul. We first removed the old wood shake and installed 7/16″ OSB plywood for a solid base. On the flat roof, a quarter-inch down deck was added, followed by synthetic felt underlayment. The flat area received a TPO 60 mil single-ply roofing product for durability. Finally, the remaining roof was finished with Owens Corning Duration Cool Roof composition shingles, complete with ridge cap for optimal performance and aesthetics.
