Project Details

The project involved a roof mat that was nailed to the skip sheathing. We removed the metal roof, installed new sheeting, and added new chimney flashing and five flashing points. Metal nosing was placed around the perimeter, followed by low-profile ventilation vents. Durable synthetic underlayment was installed, topped off with Owens Corning Duration Cool Roof composition shingles and ridge caps.
